"Hi, my name is Gator Hillard, and I'm here on behalf of Expert Village, and today we're going to talk about making New Orleans style BBW shrimp. Next up is garlic. You go to a grocery store, you want to make sure that it's all hard, you know. You don't want soft because it's just rotten, you know. A lot, a lot of you guys would actually know something like that, but, some people don't. So, when you go and check for garlic, make sure everything's hard. Everything's good on this. What you basically want to start doing is you're going to break off, they call these toes. You know, you can worry about the skin in a minute. But just break this all apart. It's kind of messy, but it'll work itself out. See when I start separating all these what they call toes. Once you get them all separated, then you can start chopping it up. And the garlic in this dish is at really your own discretion. If you like garlic, then go for it and add a lot of garlic to it. I like garlic, so you're definitely going to see me put a lot of garlic in this. You want to get rid of all that. Next up, you just take your knife you smash it down. All that skin comes right off of it. And it's a lot cheaper to have to buy garlic like this and it's a lot better, too. If you want, you can buy that already minced up stuff. You don't have to hit it that hard, just kind of light. And don't wash it after, either, just try to get off as much of the skin as you can."
