"Hi my name is Elvis Hillard and I'm here on behalf of Expert Village and today we are going to talk about making New Orleans barbecue shrimp. We are going to talk about the ingredients here we are going to make this New Orleans style barbecue shrimp. It is definitely one my favorites I love it. It is shrimp, I like to use like bigger shrimp they do say that smaller shrimp is good to use as far as making for gumbo and things cause it absorbs flavor really well. But today we are going to use 21-25 that is the count you know 21-25 just means basically you get 21-25 in a pack. Butter, 1 lemon, you are going to use a couple of toes they call it toes this is the bulb you are going to ripe off about 4-5 of them. This recipe is for basically we are going to go by visual and I try to break down to you as best as I can. Worcestershire sauce, garlic salt, we are also using fresh garlic, ground black pepper. This recipe calls for beer which I love but this is the next best thing that we found which is a pale ale beer. You olive oil, salt and pepper. So once you peel your shrimp you can work that out. That is basically it the ingredients that you are going to have to use to make this. "
