"So I'm going to mince another pepper, I'm going to use a poblano pepper. Just for a different variety I'm going to use a different pepper. First just like a jalapeño, just take the top off and kind of like a bell pepper I can kind of get these seeds out. I would kind of use a spoon, get all those ribs and seeds out. The seeds is where the heat is so I'm going to go ahead and take those out just so it is not too hot. I would cut it in half. Then I make some vertical cuts here so I can dice it up. So I'm thinking I am only going to use half of this pepper because it is a pretty hot pepper and we are already putting 3 peppers in here. So now that it is sliced up I will just dice it. I will just run through that again with my knife. That is a half of poblano pepper that we would add to our vegetarian chili."
