"On behalf of Expert Village this is Bill Feldman from New York City, "The Boxing Chef" on stove top grilling techniques. Good now the salmon is cooking away. It takes about 30 seconds on each side 30-35 seconds. So let it sit right here. What I'm going to do is the spatula. Why am I going to use a spatula? It is not uncommon on salmon cause we got to pick this up when it is cooked, it is going to break. So we are going to use a spatula. A little trick on home spray the spatula that is the smartest thing to do. This way we are going to flip it, it slides right underneath and whola there you go. That was a skinner piece so that is really quick. I'm going to give the other pieces another 15 seconds. Okay now we are ready to flip the salmon. Wow look at that beautiful grill marks. Now you know that salmon is a little oily itself so that is why it is good that it is in the grill pan cause the oil is kind of going underneath. It is really coming off the salmon. "
