"On behalf of Expert Village this is Bill Feldman from New York City "The Boxing Chef" on stove top grilling techniques. Now everything has been cooking for about a minute. So what we are going to do is flip it over and as I am flipping it look and see how brown it looks. Look at that. You see that? Just like that grill outside. You no longer have to go to a restaurant to get healthy grilled food, you can do it in your own home like I am. You can save a lot of money doing it this way. We are going to take a little garlic now and throw it on the chicken. A little pepper, a little pepper on the beef. I'm not going to put garlic on the beef, I'm going to give it its own little flavor with the pepper. Beautiful! Give about another 35 seconds and we would pull everything off."
