"On behalf of Expert Village this is Bill Feldman, "The Boxing Chef" on stove top grilling techniques. Now we have the corn cooking, we have the green peppers cooking, we are going to add some carrots. Add some onions, I'm going to add some green beans. There we go and basically last but now least I want to throw some turnips. I peeled, excuse me these are parsnips. The turnips we have already cooked, the parsnips I peeled them, I sliced them, kind of like a carrot. You see a large white carrot is you can see it in there they have like the same configuration like a carrot has. This is great, this is all very healthy vegetables, really healthy vegetables, these are really different. These are not what you get when you a lot of times you go into a restaurant and they really don't serve turnips. French restaurants do very good for you. "
