"On behalf of Expert Village this is Bill Feldman, "The Boxing Chef" on stove top grilling techniques. So now what we are going to do is turn the turnips onto some napkins just to wipe them. You want to kind of take off anything from the grill so it does not dirty our other vegetables that we are going to be cooking. Just like that great. Now we take a little Pam spray, pick the pan off the flame and you spray it. The reason you don't want to do it on the heat is when you go to spray it the whole thing would ignite and then can blow up and you don't want that. Definitely not. Okay now we are going to move on, we are going to go grilling pepper right there I'm going to put 2 green peppers in. Some corn, now the corn what I did with the corn I blanched it in boiling water for about 2 minutes. This way it will not pop if I threw it in raw, it would do like popcorn all over the place. "
