"On behalf of Expert Village this is Bill Feldman, "The Boxing Chef" on stove top grilling techniques. Okay now that everything is grilling let's see the grill marks are showing. This needs a little more time we would leave this one down for a while. Now we are going to turn them, excellent. See those grill marks and flip them over. Let's see the sweet potatoes, they take a little longer, there you go. Perfect! Nice little grill mark on there. Just like on the beach. It only takes about 30 seconds on the side, perfect. You don't want to cook too much, you want them soft in the middle and hard on the outside. "
