"On behalf of Expert Village this is Bill Feldman, "The Boxing Chef" on stove top grilling techniques. Alright today what we are going to do is grill all types of different vegetables. We have chicken and some skirt steak, we have salmon and we have shrimp. What we are going to do now that it is cold outside cause it is winter time, I can no longer grow outside. So I'm going to show you guys how to grill on a pan. I'm just going to start with some turnips. In the pan I have it lightly oil took a rag spread the oil out that is all you need. My vegetables I'm going to hit with a little bit of salt and a little bit of pepper right on the turnip. I have some sweet potatoes here, these are great. Put them right in, what we are going to do is you are going to see the lines in here from the grill. It is going to look like it was done outside, you are going to fool everybody. "
