"Hi, this is Dave for Expert Village. Today we're going to make Cajun Grillades in a red gravy sauce. Now that we have the herbs done and ready, we're going to add about 2 cups of beef broth and now you can purchase these nice quart size and you can put these in your fridge and put it back together like that and you have beef stock for a long while, so just go ahead and measure this out. Then we want 2 cups cause we're going to incorporate this as you'll see, just go ahead and seal that back up and put it aside. We're going to add this to our Spanish sauce. It's going to add a depth of rich rich beef flavor to this. If you have the luxury of having your own beef stock from roasted bones that's an awesome thing. But this is a great substitute that most cooks use right now I think so just go ahead and incorporate that in."
