"Hi this is Dave for Expert Village today were going to be making some cajun shepherds pie. So were going to make our seasoning mix for our vegetables that were going to top with this beautiful shepherds pie. So what we want to do is take salt and want to take 1/2 of teaspoon of that so I just kind of measure like this and pour that right in. You want a 1/4 teaspoon of all the other ingredients of garlic powder just about a 1/4 teaspoon of that not really a lot just like that. Then we have some cayenne or paprika if you like depending how spicy you like it I'd say you can always add later so a 1/4 teaspoon of that. Then we have some white pepper ground white pepper its going to be a 1/4 teaspoon of this as well, so I measure by hand but if you have your spoon just go ahead if you feel more comfortable that way. Then our onion powder we want another 1/4 teaspoon its going to be our flavoring in our spices for our veggies, like that."
