"Hi this is Dave for Expert Village today were going to be making some Cajun shepherds pie. For a cajun shepherd pie we have now is 2 ribs of celery I'm going to show you how to cut these up. Were going to have these pretty finely chopped so you take off that rib and root off just like that take that away. And go ahead and grab your rib of celery and I like to, you can cut them across just like this but I like them a little finer chop for this cajun shepherd pie. So I'm going to run my knife length wise just like this you can even do this thiner in a couple of sides. You just want to grab that and just run your knife through and you see that you get really nice small size because this is going to be added to your onion and bell pepper. We're going to be adding this to our ground pork and our ground beef."
