"Hi, this is David for Expert Village and today we are making Cajun ratatouille. Now we have our beautiful ratatouille in our baking pan and now we are going to add the final touch before putting it in the oven. I like to get regular white toasted bread crumbs to put on top. It is going to make a little crunch to it when it gets nice and brown. Of course most of this is cooked through but we are going to cook it more in the oven. It is a preheated oven about 375. So I just like to make sure that everything gets kind of covered. You don't have to make it too thick because this is just going to brown on top and get it a little extra crunch. So try to be careful to get much in as you can and make sure you cover everything so every body gets that initial bite. Then we are ready to pop it in the oven. We are just going to pop it in our oven just like this. No need to put a top on because the bread crumbs are going to get nice and crunchy this way."
