"Hi, this is David for Expert Village and today we are making Cajun ratatouille. Now that we have our beautiful mixture all mixed together, we just added the tomato sauce and all that is incorporated in. We want to put into a loaf pan. I like to use a glass pan. It is great to be able to see the beautiful colors. I just like cooking with glass but if you have any other type that you like, go ahead and use it. So we just go ahead and move that into the pan. We have the beautiful sausage in there. You know you can make this vegetarian too I just love the flavors that the sausage puts in to this. Try to if you have enough room in your pan and the recipe for 6-8, you would probably use a bigger pan. Probably a rectangular glass one but since I'm making this for a smaller amount, you can see this is a lot of rataouille. We just like to use this loaf pan."
