"Hi, this is David for Expert Village and today we are making Cajun ratatouille. Now the vegetables have been sauteing for about 15 minutes now and we are going to add a little bit seasoning to them. So I like to add some salt, I like fresh ground in here. Just a little bit and also I like to set my meal where it is a little bit coarser then you would have in a table shaker. You can be liberal with this if you want cause you really don't have to add any seasonings to this. Go ahead and get some ground pepper in here. I like quiet a bit. You can do this to taste. I like to put quiet a few grinds into mine. Just like that and beside of the sausage you add a little bit more Cajun flavor. I like to put some Cajun seasonings in there. If you have your own to make up that is great. I like to add oh that is about a teaspoon there about. This is pretty spicy if you like to add more to it, you can. Then go ahead and stir that through."
