"Hi, this is David for Expert Village and today we are making Cajun ratatouille. So now that the onions have been shocked here in a bath, we are going to peel these. We have to remove that part that would make it more easier. So now that you have this end cut off and you see this is going to come off pretty easily. That skin just like that you see how thin that skin is anyways. That is going to come right off. If this would have been done raw, you would lose half of your onion in the process. So I'm just going to continue doing this and that is what you need to do with all of them. "
