"Hi, this is David for Expert Village and today we are making Cajun ratatouille. First since it is going to be a baked dish, eventually we are going to set our oven preheating to 375 degrees. I want to get a skillet here and start heating that up a little and we are going to add some really good olive oil to this. Just pretty much to coat the bottom of the pan; just about that should be plenty. Again use good olive oil. This is good virgin it is going to add flavor to this to cook the vegetables. So just go ahead and move this around here. The aroma of the olive oil is really fruity. It would give the veggies a really good flavor. "
