"Hi, this is David for Expert Village and today we are going to make some stuffed mirliton pirogue. So now we have a 375 degree oven ready. We already have the stuffing made with the beautiful chayote. Go ahead and add a extra little bit I like to add some of those bread crumbs and put it over the top of these. This is going to make a nice crunchy topping to it. Then we are going to pop it into our oven. So in just about 20 minutes or so it is going to be just beautiful. "
