"Hi, this is David for Expert Village and today we are going to make some stuffed mirliton pirogue. So now we have our mixture we just put in with the bacon, with our beautiful shrimp and all that in here. What we want to do is I would tighten this up a little bit and all you need to do is get some bread crumbs. You can have them homemade or just go ahead and get them out of the canisters that is fine. There is so much flavor in this that you are not going to have to worry about you know making it homemade if you don't have the time to do it. Just sprinkle that in and you want to sprinkle just enough in here that you are going to see the consistency is like. Again we want to make this to a stuffing that is going to go in to our beautiful mirlitons/chayote. It looks like it a little bit loose you don't want to cook this much any more so we would add a little bit of bread crumbs. You can see the liquid in there and we just want to tighten that up so we don't really want to see a lot of liquid so go ahead and put some more in there. "
