"Hi, this is David for Expert Village and today we are going to make some stuffed mushrooms with ham and shrimp. So now we have added our flour to the pan. It has absorbed all of the liquid. So now what we want to do is add some tomato sauce to it. Store bought is just fine. Open that up and this is going to add some liquid to it and a lot of flavor so I like to put probably a couple of tablespoons in there. Just like that and set that aside and you can just get that your spoon. You can hear that sizzle to it here. This between the flour that we put in you see how well this thickening. I even turned it down to medium high right now. We want to really integrate that flour and the vegetables and the garlic and the ham all in here cause it going to be part of our stuffing. "
