"Hi, this is David for Expert Village and today we are going to make some stuffed mushrooms with ham and shrimp. Now we have the shrimp mixed in; you see it is already turning pink. What we are going to do now is add the flour to it. It would add as a thickening agent to it, this would ultimate make this a nice thick broth. So go ahead and just sprinkle some flour over the top. It is going to absorb this liquid that is in here. So again we are making a smaller amount for this recipe but you can just tell by looking at it you don't even have to measure. You can tell as you put this in and move this around. What you want to do is cook out the flour taste to just by mixing it in. You can see how it is taking up all of the butter here and all of the liquid from the ham and from the vegetables. And that butter on the bottom. You can see it is pretty thick; don't worry about that. "
