"Hi, this is David for Expert Village and today we are going to make some stuffed mushrooms with ham and shrimp. So we have our veggie mixture here with the ham it has been saute and buttered. It smells really great. What we want to do is add all of tomatoes that we have just diced add the to the pan. It is going to add some great color and great flavor. Kind of stir that around a little bit get that integrated into the butter and some of the juices right down the pan. It smells really great! What we want to do is add about half of our chopped up shrimp right to it and you are going to see that these are going to turn pink at no time. It does not take long to cook shrimp. Go ahead and integrate that through the whole thing. That is going to mix this mixture with a lot of that great shrimp flavor and we have the ham in there, all of our vegetables and our garlic."
