"Hi, this is David for Expert Village and today we are going to make a stuffed mirliton pirogue. Continuing with our ingredients for our stuffing we are going to finely dice and finely chop the celery. Since we are going to finely dice this I like to cut it down lengthwise in a thin strip like that. As many as you can get, cause it is really going to be small for this stuffing. You can even go down. Once you have gone down go ahead and go like this and go ahead and turn this. Go ahead and mince this. Just run your blade right through there and you see how you can make this much easier on yourself by splitting them lengthwise. You don't have to do nearly as much chopping. "
