"Hi, this is David for Expert Village and today we are going to make a stuffed mushrooms with ham and shrimp. So now for our stuffing we are going to mince up some onions. Since we are using a small amount for the stuffing I have gone ahead and just taking off part of this end and we would keep that in the fridge for later. I'm just going to take this one and we are going to cut it down in this direction. Notice it would stay together with the root in here as long as you don't cut it all the way through. Then I like to go through this direction, try to hold it together watch your fingers. Go a couple of ways here and again it is a stuffing so you want just pretty small. You know we want a really small dice so go ahead and go across. Just like that until you have almost like a mince to your onion that we are going to add to the stuffing."
