"Hi, this is David for Expert Village and today we are going to make a stuffed mirliton pirogue. So now we are going to mince the ham. The easy way that I find for this is to go ahead and cut this as usually. Since this is a rounder type of ham, go ahead and just take off a slice like that and now you have a nice flat surface again. Then just cut it lengthwise. Since we are going to mince this up, since this is going to be a stuffing, we are going to mince this up pretty small. So make long cuts just like this. Go ahead and turn them like this and to make your cuts cut them up pretty small. What we are going to end up doing also, cause we want to make this really small for a stuffing."
