"Hi this is Dave for Expert Village. Today we are going to make eggplant Parmesan. Now we are going to preheat the oven. Go ahead and do this now cause we have a couple of more steps and by the time you get done assembling this it would be ready to go. So just put your oven on 350 degrees on bake. What we are going to do now is combine our bread crumbs and our flour so we can bread these eggplant Parmesan slices. So I'm going to put about half and half of cup of flour. You don't have to be really picky on the amount right now cause we can always suggest it if we need more. You just add this together, this is going to add a little crunch to it. Just mix it up with the spoon a little bit. Just kind of get it mixed together. Then maybe just add a couple of grinds of pepper under this one to. It adds a little bit of extra seasoning to it. Cause we are going to drudge our slices to this. I wouldn't use salt at this point cause like I said we are not sure exactly how salty it would be and we can taste that later with the sauce. So this would be good base for dredging our slices of egg plant. "
