"Hi, this is Dave for Expert Village. Today we are going to make white bean soup with hamhocks and cornbread. Now we want to add our wet ingredients to our dry ingredients to create a batter. Let's pour that right in that will make a lighter fluffier type of cornbread don't be really beating this or anything like that, just fold this in to make a really light batter. Make sure you get it completely incorporated in there you don't want any spots where it's just dried cause that can happen. Just push it through make sure everything gets pushed down in there and go down to the bottom of your bowl and pull it around almost like a folding method. You can also stir you can see perhaps if there is still some other dry here so make sure it's all in there. You see there is a pretty loose mixture right now is what you want, you don't want it to dense at this point otherwise when it bakes it will get to dense. I'm sure you all got cornbread like that."
