"Hi, this is David for Expert Village and today we are going to make some stuffed mushrooms with ham and shrimp. So now for our stuffing, we are going to mince up some onions. Since we are using a small amount for the stuffing, I went ahead and just took off part of this onion. We would keep that in the fridge for later. I'm just going to take this one and I'm going to cut it down in this direction. It would stay together even with the root in here as long as you don't cut it all the way through. Then I just like to go through this direction. Kind of hold it together, watch your fingers. Go a couple of ways here and again it is a stuffing so you want this pretty small. You want it really small so just go across. Just like that to you go almost a mince to your that we are going to add to the stuffing."
