"Hi, This is Dave for Expert Village. Today we’re going to make some Cornish game hens with autumn fruits. Okay, as a garnish, we’re going to add some additional parsley, this will add a little extra burst of color to it, as much as you’d like. Just take a few handfuls of that and chop that up, it doesn’t have to be too fine, just something, not coarse, but not too fine, just so, for set aside. And then we have some beautiful Louisiana pecans here, you just want to rough cut those as well, they’re just gonna add that extra little crunch, that little, little extra something to the dish, that people will remember for a long time. Again, just fairly rough cut, and then its time to put this on your dish. We’ll start with the pecans, spread them around liberally, make sure everybody gets some. Again everybody going to get half a hen on this, these are very rich as you can see, very tasty and with all your side dishes that you’ll have. And then add it, the little parsley at the end, this’ll, it’ll add that color to it, just sprinkle that right over the top. "
