"Hi this is Dave for Expert Village and today we are making fettuccine Alfredo primavera. Now it is fettuccine time, we are going to boil some water. We have already have this brought up and here is what we want to do. To keep the pasta from sticking like that we add just a touch of olive oil, it does not take too much. Maybe about a tablespoon, at the most a couple of teaspoon. Put that in like that. I like to season the water a little bit with salt. Just like that. We are using fettuccine. It is a little bit like spaghetti but flatter and a little bit wider as you could see. To fit in the pan you can just span it around. I like to just go ahead and break it in half, just put it right into the water like that. Kind of you know you can just put it in the water, move it around a little bit using the spoon from the sauce. Maybe this would take up to ten minutes it just depends. But you just want to taste as you go along and see how you like it."
