"Hi this is Dave for Expert Village and today we are making fettuccine Alfredo primavera. The next step we are going to go ahead and saute our chicken breast fillet. We add about a tablespoon of oil into our pan. That is about good. The pan is being preheated a little bit, just go ahead and coat the bottom, this is non stick. It should not be a problem. So what I'm going to do is just slide our chicken right in and move it around a little bit. We would add some salt and pepper to it not too much just a few turns of black pepper. And just a little bit of salt not too much cause you can always reseason later. Mix it up. This does not take very long to cook at all. You can just get them brown, okay now the chicken is browned nicely you just want to go ahead put it right on the paper plate."
