"Hi this is Dave for Expert Village and today we are making fettuccine Alfredo primavera. Now we are going to prepare our broccoli for our primavera. Here is how we want to do it. We have some nice pieces here but we want a small sort of bite size. So if you see, if we pull it over here you can see the floret here. We don't want to waste any of this skin we want to cut off the chunkier here which is pretty tough. We still have this though. I just like to go down and go ahead and cut it just like that to be nice bite size pieces. Just turn the broccoli over again just like that. So again let's get another piece, you can see how the skin goes into there so we want to utilize all of that. We are going to cut that. Cut another piece just like that. Then this one like wise and this one is pretty in one piece but we want it bite size. So let's go ahead and split it down like that so we have it all of this beautiful broccoli and I would show you our next step. "
