"This is David for Expert Village and we are going to be making some country fried steak. So now the moment that we have all been waiting for, the plating and the eating of our beautiful steaks with gravy and mushrooms and our onions. So here is how we do it. So on our plate we want to grab on these beautiful different steaks. Just cover it with everything, you want to grab some more of these onions. Just grab so more mushrooms. Add that to the top and what we want to do is grab some of those beautiful potatoes. We are going to make a bed right over here so we can add more to it. I like a lot so go ahead and grab yourself more. Look how creamy these are and we going to add to so we have some great gravy from the side. We are going to bring these over and move this around you see how nice and thick that is with the onions in there? Again I like to add just a little more maybe mushrooms and onions right on top of this. Fantastic comfort food. This with a salad on the side this would be fantastic. So bon appetit. "

on 8/30/2008 Thank you, David! This looks like dinner tonight. I haven't made chicken fried steak in years, and have been used to the "country gravy" style with the white gravy. Yours looks better, and I plan on springing it on the family tonight.
