"This is David for Expert Village and we are going to be making some country fried steak. Now that our steaks are simmering away in the pan over here and the sauce is all reducing, just getting scrunchies. We are going to go and finish up our mashed potatoes. So as we can see here put this aside. I like a lot of butter in mine, I just probably do with half of a stick or something. Maybe just a 3rd if you want and it is nice and hot already. So you want to put your butter in first cause the milk that we are going to add will cool it down too much so it is really nice to have that. Here is the time that I like to salt and pepper it you know you can add to it. I even like sage in here sometimes it just depends on what you are liking. You can be really creative if you like. So go ahead and we are putting salt and pepper in it at this time. Put this all aside. I'm going to add a little bit of milk, here you can do cream if you like. This is pretty white milk, you can do whatever you want right in here. I use the old fashion method I just pull off to a board, I just like to use your regular kind of hand masher."
