"This is Dave for Expert Village and today we are going to be making some Country Fried Steak. Okay so our country fried steak we've got some seasonings in the flour already. We have an egg wash which you are going to see what we are going to do with this. Actually on this, we are going to go ahead and put our steak into the seasoned flour. So that is going to be our first step. It really adheres to it just with the moisture. A lot of recipes call for you moistening this; I don't think you need to as you see. And we are going to put it right in to just the flour that has some salt and pepper in there. We are going to put it right back into the flour as well. Get a nice little coating because when this goes into the oil, you are going to see how delicious this looks and it is going to taste wonderful. Just put this on the side plate here. Do the same thing again. Go ahead and put it into the seasoned flour. "
