"This is Dave for Expert Village. Today we are going to be making some Country Fried Steak. Now we are going to whip up a couple of eggs with some salt and pepper. So we've got two whole eggs here. So go ahead and just break that under there; however you like to do it. We want a flat bowl on here because this is where your steaks are going to be dredged through along with the flour mixture that we just talked about. So rather than a regular round bowl that might be hard to work with. So go ahead and those two in there and at this point, I would like to again season. You like to season everything as you go along because it levels the flavors and the layers and flavors are going to be wonderful. So again, black pepper. At this point, you could use Cayenne, anything that you like so if you really like Thyme or Basil, go ahead and put that in too. We are just going to do some sprinkling from here. Set those flavorings aside and grab your whisk. You can also use a fork to do this and just sort of mix these together. "
