"This is Dave for Expert Village and today we are going to be making some Country Fried Steak. Alright, our potatoes are boiling here for our mashed potatoes. We are going to make our seasoning mix with flour. So we are going to get some flour and put this right in a plate and sprinkle it around. We are going to dredge our steaks in this so we set that aside. We want to use some salt and pepper and do a few turns of that in here. Then we are going to use some pepper. Fresh ground is great. It has so much better flavor than just already ground things that you get in your pantry. Then something that we haven't mentioned yet, you can add several things to it. I like to add garlic powder to it; whatever amount you like. So go ahead and put that in there. It will add some more great flavor to it. For color and for a little bit of flavor, I like to use a little bit of Paprika. So we will just get a couple of pinches of that in there because it does have some heat to it. It depends on what you like. Just go ahead and put that in there. We are going to grab a little fork and move this around and just go ahead and use my potato peeler for this and move this around a little and this is going to be ready for dredging your beautiful cube steaks in.
