"This is Dave for Expert Village today and we are going to be making some Country Fried Steak. So these are going to be some of the ingredients that we are going to be using for our steak today. This will be for four people. We want four cube steaks and as you can see, these are like sirloin steaks and they have been run through a processor. You can see they are really going to be tender because the fat has been broken down. You will need one large onion and I like really sweet onions on this one so that would be your maui onion. You can even use the yellow onion but I just love these sweet onions in this recipe. You will need 8 ounces of mushrooms, one cup of flour, 1 or 2 eggs depending on how much you want to put in, 1 teaspoon of sugar, 1 cup of beef broth, salt and pepper to taste and you will go through this and we are going to need some oil to fry in. I am going to use some light Olive Oil for this and we will be making mashed potatoes. "
