"Hi this is Dave from Expert Village and today we are going to make craw fish etouffee. I'm going to be using my assistant to help me out. Hi now I'm going to be making the rice to go with the etouffee and we are just using instant white rice. So I have my pan and I have 2 cups of water this serves 4 people so that is 1/2 cup of rice per person and I have 2 cups of rice. Now I'm going to mix that all together make sure the rice is submerge in the water, turn down the heat, and cover the pot and this takes about 5 minutes to fully cook and then we can serve it with the etouffee. "
