"Hi this is Dave from Expert Village and today we are going to make craw fish etouffee. I'm going to be using my assistant to help me out. And now for the start of the dish these are craw fish tails some are grown in Louisiana. Most of the craw fish in the old days have been farmed out in other places to including China, this are from Washington State. Don't know if you ever peeled this before but they are quiet a chore so it is always nice to get this nice one pound package and make your etouffee much easier it also comes with the craw fish fatty which is a really great thing for flavor. So here we would just open them with some kitchen shears and just pour them right into the bowl. You see that there is a lot of liquid in there that is going to be a lot of extra golden taste in your craw fish etouffee you don't want to waste any of that by pouring it down the drain. And you got these beautiful craw fish tails."
