"Hi, this is Dave for Expert Village. Today we are going to make stuffed pork chops wrapped in bacon. So now we browned out our bacon wrap pork chops. These have been in for about 4-5 minutes, you're going to see how the bacon just browned and what you want to do is go ahead and add it to your grease pan. We have preheated the oven to 400 degrees so just go ahead and put that right on there. If the bacon starts to unwrap don't worry about that, it's going to taste as good either way. So go ahead and put these on your pan, set this aside and then we are ready to put this again you want to crimp these edges so that the juices and the fat doesn't come out the sides. Go ahead and grab your pan and just pop them right into the oven. Again this is going to be about 20 minutes. Go have a glass of wine we'll be back in a second."
