"Hi, this is Dave for Expert Village. Today we are going to make stuffed pork chops wrapped in bacon. Now we have our beautiful pork chops wrapped in our bacon, we are going to brown these in our frying pan. Get your pot nice and hot, I like to put about a tablespoon. It doesn't take much cause you have your bacon wrapped in here but at least it keeps it from sticking immediately so you just go ahead and brown them. What you want to do is brown these on the outside, so basically you are just browning the bacon. You can hear that sizzle going. You don't want to crowd these too much, you want to give them a little bit of room. So now we have these in for a couple of minutes you are going to see how brown it gets on that side. At this point you can just flip it right over. We want to put it on both sides too and what this will do it will help seal in all that stuffing, I'll put this on it's side, see how beautiful that is?
