"Hi, this is Dave for Expert Village. Today we are going to make stuffed pork chops wrapped in bacon. So you might wonder how in the world are we going to keep this in all this stuffing into the pork chops while it's baking with out losing it? Well this is how we are going to do it. What we are going to do is grab some bacon and take a slice off and you may be thinking okay it's going to be much fat. So you just wrap the bacon around and over the top of this as you can see it's going to hold in that stuffing so we want three strips per pork chop. Go ahead and grab that, that will hold that stuffing right in as we go around and grab one more. This is going to be perfect, as you can see three is going to be right on the money here as we wrap those around. It holds all that savory stuffing right in, we are going to do this to our other two and we'll be ready to cook."
