How to Stuff Stuffed Bacon-Wrapped Pork Chops

"Hi, this is Dave for Expert Village. Today we are going to make stuffed pork chops wrapped in bacon. One of my favorite parts we already have the pork chops already cut with a nice pocket in there. We have our homemade stuffing, so go ahead and grab one of your pork chops and we already have this nicely oiled pan. We just want to grab some of this stuffing and put that right in there and you want to stuff as much as you can in there too. Because you are going to see what we are going to do with this next to hold it in. So you don't have to worry about it being too over stuffed. So there is one and that is what it's going to basically look like I like to even add some extra to that, go ahead and push that right down into there. Go ahead and grab another of your pork chops, see how beautiful that looks at that pocket? Go ahead and fill that right up."
