"Hi, this is Dave for Expert Village. Today we are going to make stuffed pork chops wrapped in bacon. Now to all of our veggies and our sausage and garlic and all what we want to do is add cornbread mix. You can make your own cornbread; crumble all of this up or you can use what most people use it Thanksgiving premade stuffing or use your own cornmeal recipe if you want. But this is what we have here so we want to do is go ahead and add this right in to your mix, toss that to the side. This will absorb some of the flavors and seasonings right in it kind of scrape that in a little bit and then what we want to do is add some chicken stock to this. You can use the kind in the can like we have now or you can make your own, there is a lot of different ways you can do this. This is concentrated but I like to use a full strength in here so just go ahead and pour the whole can around and get a nice sizzle. This is going to be a really nice moist and this stuffing is going to be in your pork chops."
