"Hi, this is Dave for Expert Village. Today we are going to make stuffed pork chops wrapped in bacon. We are going to add our garlic and some of our seasonings to the pan, just like this. You don't want the garlic to close to the bottom of the pan right now cause it will burn and it will get really bitter. You just want to kind of move it around that fresh garlic flavor it's going to be in and I like to turn it about to a medium heat. Here is where it's going to start one layer of seasoning and that will be your salt and pepper so I'll use a few grinds of fresh pepper. You can hear that simmer going on in there then some salt with salt I like to be kind of slight with it cause you can always add later. But go ahead and just move your sausage your celery, bell pepper and onion around there with the garlic, salt and pepper."
