"Hi this is David for Expert Village today we're going to be making pork chops with caramelized onion and smoked guta. Okay now our chops just out of the oven bubbling hot. So we move the foil, look at that, ain't that beautiful. Now you want to do is take your pork chops out and leave the onions in the pan. So we can take the onions across like that, going to find our pork chops and leave the onions off if you can, oh this is tender already, it's beautiful. We're going to make a beautiful sauce out of these onions and you'll see that soon. So just put this on to a plate, just any plate to catch the juices so you won't loose any, cause you want to put those back into this pan too. Take those onions off. All this flavor has imparted into the pork chops already, see all that beautiful juice. Remember this recipe is just as good for up to twice as many pork chops. Might have to start adjusting season after that, but here we go."
