"Hi, this is Dave for Expert Village. Today we are going to make stuffed pork chops wrapped in bacon. All the veggies and sausage is all simmering down and I'll show you to chop up some garlic. So we have part of a head of garlic and I like to add quiet a bit so let's go ahead and take out two of the cloves just like that. Again you can add more if you like but here is how you do it you just get one each of the cloves like that and put your knife on there and just mash it down. You can see how easily all of this skin comes right off of it, it's pretty amazing how it comes off. Just go ahead and peel that and go ahead and just finely chop it."
