"Hi this is David for Expert Village today we're going to be making pork chops with caramelized onions and smoked guta. Okay our next step on our pork chops will be to add our caramelized onions with a garlic and all the good stuff right over the pork chops in the baking pan, again the pork chops have already been brown in the skillet. Your going to take your beautiful, beautiful, brown caramelized onions and then just smother these pork chops with them. Flavors of these are unbelievable and its not even done yet. Remember the pork chops aren't cooked through all the way. So we're going ahead and smother all of them with this. Beautiful. You see how this recipe really is it's a few steps to it but the result your going to see at the end is unbelievable, one of my favorite recipes over the years, your guest will love it, you're family will love it, take it all out, kind of moves all those around so the the pork chops are completely covered."
