"Hi, this is Dave for Expert Village. Today we are going to make stuffed pork chops wrapped in bacon. Now we are ready to cut up our parsley; this is going to be a great addition to our stuffing. I like to take off most of the stems, these are really tough anyways they are not going to add anything for you to this. You'll need about 2 tablespoons you can add more if you like or less. I like parsley so just run your knife through here. You want this pretty finely chopped this is going to be part of the stuffing so go ahead and run your knife right through just like that. Turn these around the other direction if you like and you see it really chops down small so when you say 2 tablespoons this is going to be about 2-3 so you can you use whatever amount you like. "
